Voting Question: Can anyone help or does anyone have any ideas about what might be wrong with me?

Symptoms: severe abdominal pain, often lower back pain, feeling like there are now two small bumps either side of my spine, feeling, or painful lymph nodes constantly changing bowel habbits (changes in diet does not help me, this first attempt to all), often diarheea, and sometimes a small blood stool, but not common. Loss of mentrual period, but after some time, I have received for judging, fatigue little, and the White losses. I have had abdominal and pelvic ultrasound no avail. It all started two years ago, has been getting worse. When I see a doctor, they just do not think my stomach for a while that perhaps I have IBS's …. any help much appreciated.
